Structure Introduction

Precision Preformer is composed of a ram extruder and a rubber blank cutter attached to the ram head. It is also equipped with hydraulic, vacuum, heating, pneumatic and electrical system. While in operation, the first step is to open the machine head and load the preheated rolled rubber material into the machine from front part of the barrel. Then set the extruding and cutting speed. After taking vacuum, extruding and cutting, the rubber blank with precise weight will be obtained eventually.

1.Extruding device: It is composed of hydraulic cylinder, batching barrel and machine head.

2.Hydraulic device: Hydraulic oil volume in hydraulic cylinder is controlled by the flow valve and the pressure difference prior to and after throttling is controlled at a constant value so as to ensure the precise weight of the rubber blank to be cut.

3.Pneumatic device: It is used to open and close the machine head moved by pneumatic cylinder.

4.Vacuuming system: Before extruding and cutting of rubber material, the vacuumization aims at eliminating the air entrapped inside the barrel and the machine head in the rubber material so as to improve the quality of cured products in the next following process.

5.Heating system: With the adoption of water circulation heating method, the temperature is controlled and displayed by the digital thermostat which can effectively maintain the constant temperature of machine head and barrel.

6.Cutting device: It is composed of frame, a motor and a speed reducer .And under the bottom of the frame is a conveying device.
